    They might hold an extrordinary GM to get shareholder approval ...

    Given that there should only be 26 days left ? to announce the JV ( or sooner ? ) .. we may have some reasons to be happy .. which then won;t make the latest cap raise feel so bad ?

    Still feel comfortable knowing that MCL have thrown their support behind it ..

    Time will tell as always ...
