From the form 12b-25 filing alone, one cannot really say for sure whether they have a 'problem with their financial accounts', more so that they have just asked for a 15 day extension to file their form 10K. Now, there can be a multitude of reasons why a company would not able to file their form 10K on time and yes, one of these reasons could be that there is a 'problem with their financial accounts'. However, there are other reasons as well -- e.g. perhaps there has been a delay by the auditors in getting back to Sentry. Hope this helps.
