I my experience it not unusual for a company to request an extension to the filing of their 10-K'S or 10-Q's. I have not spoken to the company on this issue but I assume it is a timing issue with all the board members being located in different parts of the world and traveling as well.
If there is another request for an extension I will ring the company.
