The question you ask can only be answered by your good self.
As a Rough Guide to the Kosmos you must get rid of the West/East rubbish & accept the journey as Whole with you at the Centre of your Universe which of course you can be nothing else but.
If you 'look' out right now from where ever you are & follow your line of sight it will eventually return to you, making you the Centre of your Universe/World , whatever you want to call it. As space/time is curved it can be no other way.
