Thanks for the post everskim, but IMHO, there is nothing new in the article.
After a 16 year run up in prices, we must expect (no demand) a major correction, for that is the rule. People who have bought property during the last ten years are going to experience the "high price of ownership" although in this case, there is no known cure for the ills of ownership.
