love how they spruik the median prices, to suit their bearish agenda and it catches so many people maybe none of the houses in those median figures dropped a cent..... all that needs to change the median, is the top priced sales were not there....so just take away the top priced house, and the median figure automatically drops
plus the usual trend in these times, is for the bottom feeders, the lower priced houses, actually rise in value....they record 20% plus price increases
so unless you are actually following a house, in your market range, you would never know, what the change has been
ps the regionals usually dont drop, they dont have thousands chasing the prices, in fact they can show exceptional growth, as the tree changes move in
