sepperator in feb ?

In January, Po advised that the Project pertaining to the Separator would be complete in FEB. It was for this reason that an EGM was afforded (remembering the Separator was supposed to be installed last year). Now we are in March and no news of the Separator even being installed. I understand flow rates will take some time to get right to report, however I don't understand why Po does not update the market as to its progress, especially when the spin was around providing more monies for the separator (Not the debt?), which only one month ago, Po believed would be completed within Feb. To my understanding no ministerial contact was necessary in the installation of the separator, I wonder how much of the delays are attributed to the Ministry and how much is attributed to Po's competence.
