Israel, the Jewish people done it before in the ancient times about more than 3000 years ago when as a power in the Meditereans, they fought and uprooted the Eurpoean people, then the residents of around Babylon and Pelastine.
Given a chance they will do it again.
Empires are built and ruined. Circle goes on. English (in American form) are lucky, they are hanging on a bit longer. Eventually they will fall. This is choice of the Nature. Then other race or people (thugs) will get a chance. It may be Jewish or Chinese. Perhaps Indians.
