That is a link to the ASX web site so I presume that data is covered under the same rules as the reported borrowed / loaned data that is found here Securities lending disclosure (asx.com.au)

The reported open short positions that are reported to ASIC & found here Short position reports table | ASIC
are publicly available and can be copied freely as long as ASIC is acknowledged as being the source according to the info on their web site.

I have not been able to find the ASX data that can be reproduced & their Terms of use are very explicit now that I have read them through.

We will just have to make do without that info unless one wishes to take the time to do their own study.
