    The ASX daily list shows the number of shorts for Sept.16th jumped to nearly 7 million, up from 27thousand on the 15th.

    From this, if they are buying, borrowing & selling - perhaps its the shorts playing with the SP & has nothing to do with the underlying share other than opportunists playing with a stock that has good daily volumes?

    While the shorts are playing, not sure how we can determine the true market direction without AGY providing an update?
