Indeed you are correct and is Oct 15ish NOT 28ish. I think I actually saw one table earlier this year where they had new and full moons listed under the opposite headings and that had me wrong for a while, and I must write it down or recheck everytime to avoid stating incorrect dates.

I think I saw in laundry's latest that he has a high for about Oct 15 although he doesn't usually care about precision too much.

There are plenty of other examples of course apart from 1989 which I mentioned.
