    Yes the 'confiscation' was referring to how a future Angolan extreme socialist government might commandeer anything deemed to be the property of the state irrespective of current ownership. This is not a trait exclusive to any particular sovereignty. Hence one aspect of the sovereign risk often talked about when discussing our Angolan venture. Understand?

    Also lighten up. We don't need the screaming CAPS and sanctimonious outrage thank you very much.
