Yes the 'confiscation' was referring to how a future Angolan extreme socialist government might commandeer anything deemed to be the property of the state irrespective of current ownership. This is not a trait exclusive to any particular sovereignty. Hence one aspect of the sovereign risk often talked about when discussing our Angolan venture. Understand?
