Oakum about to start planting & will build out the rest of the facility 1H 2020

Draft purchase agreement with Siksika for 90-150 machines (would presume fertigation too)
Several other purchase agreements under review
Possible JVs (& sales I presume) in Malta, Malaysia, Portugal & Canada
Getting superior yields with LEDs - lower power cost
Preparation of JV agreement with Freshero - great news they're going to a JV
Cash burn of $1.4m with $850k revenue was a bit high, most of it was due to production where they would have received 50% deposits in previous Qs
