My main concern is --- if AUZ cant raise finance and miss multiple timelines over the years.
Why would they be able to pull out a huge financing package in the next 2 weeks?
Im back in holding, but I am thinking twice about that sell button since we got back over 3 cents...

I still worry about the wording from SKI in the recent LFA -- as it seemed like they were saying THIS IS THE FINAL DATE.... and good luck getting the finance..... It was kind of a last roll of the dice, they even stated that they could pull out at any time before this date even if AUZ does get finance --- as the Due Diligence is totally at their choosing. These conditions seemed to all be on SKI's terms, not AUZ....

I could be wrong, but it seems way too rushed to get finance sorted in the next 2 weeks..
