Correct if you don't want to do anything you are ok,,,you will be contacted by ncm. And advised about your allocation and the process or how many shares you are entitled to and how much cash you get,,and any other options..........
Whilst the shares will disappear they will be replaced with ncm shares as per the scheme which has been approved
Please refer to the scheme document,,it has all the important dates in it and a summary,,,,, again,,, Call your broker and ask them directly and they will assist you if you have any concerns,,,don't worry if you do nothing and you are on the register when they cease trading you will be entitled to the cash and ncm shares,,,no lgl holder will be forgotten. :)
