Legal counsel at the company I’m at is ex-ASX compliance officer for 5 years. Each officer covers 70 companies - they are highly under resourced as it is. There are numerous companies on the watch list. Most announcements from these companies the compliance officers will be like “yeh let it through” to the submissions team. That’s the additional step
