Once the crop is declared compliant, say 12.5% CBD @ 1 mil lbs., the SP will rocket IMO, the uptake of the offtake will add a few more cents & the final sale of the balance 70% will take the SP to the forecasted 20c, IMO. So, at this stage its all about timing:
-5.7c a share now with the attendant risks
OR
-20c/share later derisked & cashed-up
Its all about risk/reward.
Punters cant have it both ways ( 5.7c/share derisked & $40 odd mil net in the bank !)
