QGC will get interesting again in a few weeks when the Sept Berwyndale South drilling campaign starts.
We are looking at a potential 30% increase to current reserves by 2006 coming from the inclusion of the Taroom seams.Thats current 2P reserves of 336.3PJ + another 100PJ from Taroom (QGC share).
However,these things take time.Ten wells were required to get their current reserve coverage and certifiers will require production data from any future Taroom wells.
Some of the wells in the Sept Berwyndale Sth drilling campaign will access the Taroom seam.
In the meantime,the market is unimpressed with directors incentive packages,SPPérs taking profits and general lack of announcements.
Nice longterm investment imo
