    I dont agree. Very often the shares were sold out straight after the fund raising ann. Folks then come back and purchase a week before. Happens time and time again. IMO allottment is on 15/10/2009 so keep an eye on the SP from about 7/10/09.

    The divies on 19/10/09 may temporarily temper things (3 % !!!) however I think that will be very very minor.
