I have a couple of queries which somone may know the answer to. If a company is suspended for not lodging its annual financial report and it continues to fail to lodge the report, what happens? Does the ASX ultimately delist the company?. If the Directors fail to lodge the report are they liable to be prosecuted by ASX or ASIC? And finally are shareholders able to sue the directors if they are unable to trade their shares because the directors have failed to lodge statutory reports?
