Nextime, ASX can delist the company at its discretion. ASIC can and have charged, in a court of law, the company secretary as well as the company if not issued within 5 months. From what I have seen of the sentence it has not been much more than a wrist slap. i.e. 6 month good behaviour bond and court costs of $167 for comapy secretary> The copany was fined $1400 plus court cost of $191.
