As I recall, and its a bit vague now, a very large holding was taken up by an English company/institution and Simon came onto the board as their representative. I don't think their placement cost was disclosed but it may have been and I missed it. However it was very likely less than the 2c we paid - but not sure.
I have talked to Simon a bit at a couple of AGM's I have attended and it turns out that in the early 2000's he has had dealings work/wise but nothing to do with RHT, with one of my nephews.
