well those reports dont tell you whether they have sold on market or via crossings...

for instance if national nominees has been shedding its stake through small-medium size off markets (ie it offers lines of stock to brokers/instos direct) then they will have in fact put no downwards pressure on the SP, as they haven't been selling on market...
