Sell 1 share at the bid - sell 200 shares at the bid - every time someone buys at the ask - sell some more at the bid and place a large parcel behind any other seller at the ask so it looks like there is selling pressure. As long as there is no 3rd party buying pressure to buy at the ask - everyone knows the price is going to go down so they will sit and wait.
