after seeing the mali fiasco where govt is threatening the idea of using new mining codes implying higher loyalties, import duties, higher free carry the sentiment applies africa wide which is reason why africa is where it is at. abundance of resource but will be kept buried in the ground till they realise the benefits it bring to country and community.
