Grade is not the only factor... LYC has 8.1% TREO but this is only for a much smaller tonnage of 17.5 MT... It's average is 5.4% over 55 MT (which is still a much smaller tonnage compared to LIN). Sure Mt Weld is a stand out globally but this doesn't mean that LINs grades are still not exceptional over massive tonnage. It also has a higher grade zone of 3.2% on 23 MT and 2.4% on 60 MT.

To call K fairly average is amusing. LIN should have a simple low cost operation also given low radio-activity/non-radio activity and no need to use chemicals.
