The LoD of our test is 2.8x10^5 genome copies/mL
From the article:
most tests reliably detected 50 PFU/test (equivalent SARS-CoV-2 N gene Ct value of 23·7, or RNA copy number of 3 × 10^6/mL)
That's a factor of more than 10x the amount of virus in the samples they used.
