2)Swan's decision on FIRB.
3)Sino's deadline on MIS(I'm not sure how long they can extend this?)
Positive outcomes
1)Case solved in mediation(May be MMX has to give couple of millions)
2)Full Green to Sino's request
3)?
Negative outcomes
1)Mediation fails & case drag to next year.
2)Only half Green(49.99%) from Swan.So that Sino can only take upto 49.99% of MMX.(Can it go worse than this?)
