Thats what I would have done if I ever had a 100K depoist for a house. Either that or the mrs and I would have had a holiday around the world.
Live a little, give up trying to downramp your own backyard and take the plunge.
My house is going good. Love a bit of gardening and have a pair a dogs to tear up the yard and play with. Much better than living in an apartment with nothing better to do than blow cash on booze every weekend. Only bad part is paying rates to council as they put it up every year even as your house decreases in value.
