I stay away from the property threads now a days. So many people who didn't (couldn't) buy are now ecstatic that prices are going down and a whole bunch of other people will lose a lot of money.
What is it? Do they get joy thinking how smart they are. Or perhaps delighting in the misfortune of others.
When or if the whole thing collapses, you may be able to buy a house for a song, but you'll be surrounded by a miserable community. Better put up some barbed wire.
