    The IP actually only values what TFS own ,and would be discounted by more than 50%.if it was done by a major accounting firm

    OASIS obviously believe in the vision and know where the company is heading

    The announcement does` not say all IP ,it says certain IP.

    Perhaps when Platinum announce their deal the price will be higher again.

    For all those sceptics out there TZ is leaving the station
