@mickey1979. IMO you should NOT expect an announcement on change of substantial holdings. Sequoia are not required to make an announcements because, as of their previous announcement, they held less than 5% of the coy. As for the insto buyer, they often spread holding between prime brokers under different account names to avoid this ASX requirement and tell the market of their flows. Sequoia have been a constant seller accounting for a total of 108m in a relatively short period. I believe they and ex employees are the major reason the stock is at these levels. IMHO its great they have finally taken their foot of BUDs head and given their holdings to a safe pair of hands who believe in buddy and are happy with recent progress and announcements.
