Only new here but with further assays coming in for AGC within a week or two would be silly going for a CR right now, especially with the Achilles1 target being on strike from AGC's Achilles3.
EMS panicked and raised whilst holding a similar cash balance probably cause they know they don't have any real driver to ride off other than pure nearology.
Let the AGC discovery play out for a little bit and then raise at multiples higher. Maybe the BOD could be crafty and put together a CN package to fund a priority drill program with a defined discount to the next raise price to get the SP really moving. Plenty of options for them to consider but no point rushing right now with the discovery unfolding.
