Well as an explorer they need money to explore. A capital raise completed to fund exciting exploration may be good for the company in the long run. With around $1m left they'll need some money for sure but I'm saying no immediate capital raise, better wait a few months and let the AGC story unfold, as well as the general silver/gold bull run kick into gear which will let them raise at a reasonable price.
