and congrats on your openness, youngfella if I may use the term (both the 92 and the age you declare of 23 years are congruent!)
By past calcs, SERs VXL holding is worth about 1/10 of VL sp (so 2.x cps), SERs Ionic holding difficult to assess value prior to cap rising and listing (so 0.5 cps to "WOW" cps if Ionic flies, and there is some chance of that), plus SERs "old business" which is a bit of a challenge to value in recent appalling market times for explorers ( but maybe 2 to 3 cps is fair, in the absence of further announcements).
Now all this IMO, partially top of head - not advice - DYOR ALLWAYS!
But some advice, read a few older threads and posts, before we all focussed on Ionic to help assess residual value.
