SER JV with CLQ Clean Tec announced by CLQ on September 24th 2018( see CLQ Ann).
This JV will be a commercial enterprise with SER Ionic.
This exciting news should have been released by SER on the ASX, as this is highly price sensitive announcement, and is a very substantial large future revenue stream for SER.
Has anyone contacted the company to see why they remained silent? Are they too busy ? This announcement in the public domain would have sent the SER share price soaring imo.
