SER quarterly

To me the standout from the quarterly is the joint Graphene research with Monash University, with the worldwide rights to commercialisation laying with SER, once the agreement is signed.
They are @ the last stages of finalisation re the 2011 ARC Linkage Agreement - when this is signed then it should have a very positive impact on the sp [those who paid 7.1 on Tuesday got them cheap]

MM's comments

This is very telling.

Of course there are the other SER assets and in 12 months time the 21.7m VXL shares could easily be worth over $1 each, but a premium would be paid for such a large holding if SER were to sell [after Jan 2016]
This alone equates to present market cap of SER, so potentially in 12 months everything else just adds to the value.
The 1.5% Uley royalty should cover most expenses nicely and the more Graphite VXL sell the more $ come to SER.

The S A Government drilling to the north of Myall Creek could lead to Myall Creek being significantly upgraded in 12 months - pity we only own 50% of it. On the other hand 75% of Cultana is pretty handy.
Since only $50k is expected to spend on exploration by Sept 30, then don't expect much in short term - Q1 2015?

OBL interest has a lot of potential, - up near Derby already a few other O&G fields in production.
A positive decision by the courts in Sept awarding OBL 100% of the main permit would add a very significant upside and hopefully a major to pay for the drilling - have to wait on that.

Time and patience is delivering us shareholders a very significant increase in our SER investment.
