Many people get on a plane and enter Australia and try to con border protection into staying. There are TV series dedicated to this. Novak tried dodgies and lost out. Bad luck.
Australia has no control over whether another country allows someone to get on a plane. The decision is made on entry. An airline however will generally not l et a person without a visa board a plane. Novak had a visa. It was made clear months before that only vaccinated or those with a medical exemption would be allowed entry. He didn't comply with the requirements of entry. It's an open and shut case and only gained attention because Novak is a famous sportsman. He needs to focus now on the investigations as it is clear, no matter which story he wishes to push, that he's conducted some illegal activity. Such a pity it had to come to this. A simple jab would have avoided the whole saga. He has every right to not get it, but like everything in life there are consequences that you must accept.
