The first thing that ITM did, was to reassess all of the previous samples taken by Archer, based on the current value, and supply/demand of today's resources, and possibly using more modernised techniques. Archer did not pay to check for everything, just for graphite content. iTech have been checking for rare earth elements that have become a lot more critical and valuable today, which were not so much in 2015.
