If we knew the answer to that, LittleAl, we'd all be better off! I have to say it's the one thing that bothers me. If it's such a good thing, why can't the sellers see it? And what's a better bet for them that they just keep on keeping on selling? Even in the short to medium term you would think this has to at least double up. If it wasn't for the heavy hitters on board I'd be having some doubts myself. As it is I'm happy to go for the ride, which isn't to say it's frustrating the BJ out of me at times.
