Down ramp to scare the herd into selling so that you can eventually buy in cheaper.

Up ramp so that you can sell your cheaper bought shares into the herd who buy at the top of the run.

Then you just have the ones that lost a load and are spiteful of anyone else making a profit seeing as they couldn’t.

What ever the reason it will continue as it’s human nature.
