    I'd be happy if it was the former (being inside knowledge of upcoming news) but it's likely the latter (opportunist position for pending news). COD has, since my time covering them, show to operate with integrity and transparency. Just hope there CEO is as good at producing results is he is at creating excitement around what they think is in the ground.
