series 2 c/n's expiry date 31 dec 2013 ?

Morning all,

Because of my worsening dementia I would like to confirm if there has been any extension to the Series 2 Convertible Note maturity date of 31 Dec 2013.

I had forgotten about the extension to the Series 1 CN's until someone here corrected me so can someone please confirm that the Series 2 have or have not been extended please. I have been through the coy ann's and quarterly's but can't find anything.

As far as I am aware, they have not been extended and to this day none of the 4,120,000 of the original Series 2 notes have been converted.

Is it correct in saying the Company and/or subscriber's can redeem their subscription ?

If the maturity date has passed ?? Where does the coy and holders stand ? I imagine there are some talks going on ??
