Series 1 to 4 notes have a total value of $1.536 mil

So just these series 1 to 4 notes have the potential when converted at the ruling discount to current SP would add-on approx. another 2 billion shares.

But the note holders need a market to sell their converted notes into, otherwise they would not convert.

I see a consolidation looming.
