    Having conducted 'personal due diligence' on VOC group after reading about shorting on stock, concluded that potential is large despite potential fall-out from mergers. Merging of companies inevitably lead to some staff changes otherwise the scaling benefits are lost. The shorting of the stock offers the opportunity for a quick return as the project progresses.
