Hope you are right cowboy, I'd take 55c. Hope they don't try and use avg of last few months of trading etc to determine an offer. Don't think they can. I wrote an email to Gold1 having a gripe about the sp few months back and asked what they had planned to try and lift it... Got the response that sp is low because of low liquidity and trading volumes have been really low looking at hk listing after couple quarters of good results. Considering liquidity don't think they could base an offer on share price. Might keep that email just in case they come up with a dodgy offer.
