re: what could possibly be the big news? Maybe no big news atall. I have no confidence in the management of GDN and therefore no confidence in the sp. I would very much like to see ASEC take a serious look into the sp movements in the past few days. If there is big news to come, then someone already knows about it and that is what got this ball rolling. If there is no news coming then this is manipulation gone mad; whichever it is, it's dead easy for ASEC to get to the bottom of this but we all know they won't don't we? The ASX is well known overseas as a highly corrupt and manipulated market and until ASEC actually use their powers properly instead of the occasional high profile investigation and prosecution, I don't expect anything to change. But, who is keeping checks on ASEC??
