He was dismissed by the board. He was dismissed by the shareholders. He claimed wrongful dismissal. He won that case and was paid out. He is still not wanted back by the board or the shareholders, I don't know what is so difficult to understand by all of this. He is obviously not welcomed or wanted back and the more that we dig and delve back into the history or the company it becomes all to obvious way is not wanted back.
