Have a look thru some other Co Qtrlys to see if there's a similar line NL. I too have seen this in several TON qtr's but just thought it was Template 'bumpf' to cover bases. Like no doubt TON as a goldie had this line so it was covered for buying into Grafex 2012. A complete change of direction that your directors etc etc
BUT DO NOT run your imagination wild that TON is looking to buy SYR or any other neighbour; Don't go wild like the King and think TON is Buying a Battery Factory

One look at the Qtrlys TELL you that.

Anyway there can be no dispute that a CR is imminent if only for operating capital and next qtrs drill and development programme so I would think that's $3mil min.
As jamesphi there are ramifications in the New Moz Mining Act re Grafex and other things. However The Regulations, Definitions of this Act have not yet issued delayed probably by the recent elections.
