The biggest issue by far with TV2U IMHO is Nick's refusal to acknowledge his short-comings and proactively make decisions for the good of the company / shareholders.
Why I no longer hold:
1. Nick is a technical engineer, he should be proud of that and apply his skills and experience in driving that aspect of the business.
2. Nick should immediately hand control of "working on the company" as opposed to working "in" the company to a suitably qualified managing director.
3. Nick should appoint a gun enterprise sales resource to get all opportunities fully qualified and those that are real, get them properly planned out and closed. Not LOIs, POCs, MOUs, trials etc which highlights the appalling naivety in sales execution.
4. Timing and tone of announcements... could easily be playing around 10c if they stopped tripping over themselves with announcements
